Penis Enlargement Exercises for Maximum Results

Principle of Penis Enlargement
Penis enlargement exercises are based on the principle that the capacity of the erectile tissue should increase and it should be able to hold an increased quantity of blood. This results in an increase in size of the penis not only when it is erect but also flaccid.
Warming Up
Before you begin with your penis enlargement exercises, you must warm up as you would before any workout. It makes the penis receptive to the stretches and pulls that you will put it through when you exercise.
To warm up, you will need one of the following: -
- A heating pad If you have a lamp, just buy an infrared bulb.
- An infrared Heating lamp – This lamp is easily available in any pet shop or at stores that sell home improvement goods. A 250 watts bulb is sufficient for PE warm up but place it at a distance of at least 2 feet or more. Cover your testicles when using an infrared lamp to protect the sperms.
- A washcloth soaked in warm water and wrung out
When the warming up device of your choice is hot, wrap it around your flaccid penis. You must do this for at least 5-10 minutes. If you are using a washcloth, it will cool down soon. So soak it in warm water, wring it and wrap it around your penis again.
Now that your penis is warmed up, it is ready for the stretching and flexing exercises that are a part of the routine.
Penis Enlargement Exercises For Increasing Penis length
The penis is stretched and flexed to increase its length. The ligaments that that support and connect penis to pubic bone are stretched so that the length increases.
a) Stretching
Make sure you are comfortable when you are doing stretches.Stretching is done to increase the flow of blood into the erectile tissue. It also encourages multiplication of cells in the shaft, thereby leading to an increase in length and also girth.
Lubricate your hands before you begin with the stretching. Also, you apply baby powder or wear gloves for easy movement and to prevent slippage.
Grab the penis at the glans, just an inch below so that the stretch does not hurt the penis.The stretching exercise that is done to increase length involves holding the penis around or behind its head and then pulling it in downward direction.
Hold it in this position for about 30 seconds. Repeat this step in upward direction, right and left directions and straight out. Hold the penis in each of the positions for at least 30 seconds. Repeat the process 10-12 times. The penis should be flaccid at the time of stretching. Stretch the penis to the maximum limit possible but not so much that it is painful.
If at the time of stretching, you feel pain of any kind, stop immediately, so that you do not cause any damage to your tool.As a beginner, start with gentle stretches and as you get used to them, increase the pull and intensity. It is normal to feel fatigue or itchiness in your penis at this time. Sometimes, there is a burning sensation similar to what your feel when you exercise unused muscles. Another case is when you would feel nothing at all except the stretch. This is also common in many men.
As you become more used to stretches, you can add advanced stretching exercises to your routine. They can include increased or fewer repetitions or contractions. As you become more experienced, you can increase the intensity of workout but always be careful.
b) Flexing
Kegels is a form of flexing exercise that is done to increase length but does not involve stretching the penis. It focuses on strengthening the PC muscles, also known as the Pubo Coccygeal muscles. These muscles are located behind your scrotum but before the anus.
To perform Kegels, hold your muscles as you would when stopping the flow of urine. Tense the muscle, hold it for a second and then relax. Repeat it for 30 times.
Penis Enlargement exercise for increasing girth
Lubricate your hands before you start with jelqing.
A technique called as jelqing or milking is used to increase the girth of the penis. It works on the same principle that enhancing the blood capacity of the erectile tissue. When blood flows into all areas of the tissue, the girth increases. It also helps in controlling ejaculation.
Red dots on the penis at the time of jelqing or stretching are normal.Milking involves holding the penis in the OK position. To achieve OK position, encircle the base of the penis with your forefinger and thumb. Grip it firmly so that the blood is trapped and slide the fingers over the entire length of the penis so that you are pushing the trapped blood towards the head. Repeat this with the other hand and the entire process 30 times.
When you should do these exercises?
You can do these exercises in the bathroom just before bedtime. Combining stretching and Kegels with jelqing will produce good results but it will be a few weeks before you can see visible results. Also, you must combine these with a good diet and give your penis sufficient rest so that it can recover from the hard workout that you put it through.
When you are doing these exercises, it may be months before you see any visible results. With proper diet, rest and perseverance, your hard work will show results and they will be permanent.
