When you are performing Penis Enlargement exercises to increase the length and girth of your penis, you will observe that after some time you hit a plateau. You are unable to see any improvement after a certain point despite the fact that you are continuing with the exercises. This is when you must do Bundled Stretch.

What Is Bundled Stretch?

This 3-dimensonal stretch breaks the plateau that you reach while doing PE exercises.A bundled stretch is an exercise that is performed by twisting the penis like you would twist a corkscrew and then stretching it. This is done so that the tunica is isolated and the ligaments are stretched. The benefit of Bundled Stretch lies in the way the stretch is done.

How does it help you?

To improve your penis, your tunica has to be worked upon.The “Tunica Albuginea” is one of the main features on which penis enlargement depends. When the layers of tunica enlarge, the penis increases in length and girth. Bundled stretch targets this part of the penis and causes expansion in the tissue that in turns result in lengthening of the shaft. It also increases the girth of the penis.

When the suspensory ligament goes through plastic deformation, the tissue mass is augmented and is capable of holding more blood. Tissue mass increases over time and reaches its maximum limit.

What You Should Know Before Exercising?

Beginners should do only half rotation for purposes of safety.There are a few things that you must know before you begin the bundled stretch. If you are a beginner, then you must do Penis stretching exercises for about 3 months before you begin with the bundled stretch. It is an intense stretch that targets the length and girth of the penis by “bundling” and then stretching it simultaneously in an attempt to pressurize the tunica to expand.

Bundled Stretch Performing Technique

To perform the stretch, follow the following 4 steps.

  1. Do the Kegel exercises so that blood rushes into the base.
  2. The method of twisting is like you would twist a corkscrew.
  3. Grab the penis and twist it for the number of rotations, which you wish.
  4. Grip your penis well with your left hand and stretch it gently till you can feel the resistance.
  5. When you pull it as in step (iv), one hand should pull towards and the other away from the body.
  6. Make an inverted “V” with your right hand and place it at the base of your penis. Pull it towards yourself.

  Repeat steps (i) to (iv). When you perform the stretch, hold it for half a minute or to a count of 30.

You can also do the A-Stretch or a directional stretch using a fulcrum in combination with the Bundled stretch. Penis insecurity is common among men and most start with the good intentions of increasing its length. However, when they hit the plateau, they give up and stop the PE exercises. Intersperse your routine exercises with Bundled stretch and watch the results.
